About:
Dr. Deepen Sharma has been trained in pulmonology and critical care in AIIMS Rishikesh and Himalayan Hospital, Jollygrant which includes all type of pleural procedures – diagnostic and therapeutic, sleep studies, allergy testing and pulmonary function testing.
He has performed over 500 bronchoscopies including EBUS ( endobronchial Ultrasound), bronchial thermoplasty, bronchoscopic cryotherapy and over 100 thoracoscopies.
He has special interest in Critical care and has also served as ICU incharge at Medicaid hospital Amritsar.
He has keen interest in teaching and providing knowledge to trainees and has taken classes and CMEs on ventilators, NIV and antibiotics.
Dr. Deepen believes in holistic approach to the patient.
