Graphic Era is the only University in the state of the Uttarakhand to have been ranked amongst the Top 100 Universities of India as per the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Government of India, for the past 3 Years consecutively. The University is currently ranked as 55 in the NIRF 2023 Rankings, University Category. The University has established a global reputation for delivering quality professionals in the fields of Engineering and Management with more than 30000 Alumni working at some of the biggest corporations in the world. The University has also established a strong culture of promoting and nurturing startups through its Technology Business Incubator and multi-tier incentive system, resulting in some of the most prominent startups coming out of the state tracing its origins at Graphic Era. Ayushman Bharat was a revolutionary step in ensuring the availability of healthcare to all, and Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences is a proud believer and follower of that vision. GEIMS currently caters to a huge geographical area starting from Yamunotri at the China Border to Dehradun, being the only major tertiary care centre for the entire population in this stretch.
We have been accumulating the largest number of patients under Ayushman Bharat amongst the private entities in the state by providing them state of the art healthcare services.

The institution is already serving people under multiple government schemes, such as CGHS, ECHS, SGHS Golden Cards and ESI along with all major Health Insurance providers ensuring the benefit of the common man. GEIMS has been holding camps routinely in some of the remotest areas of Uttarakhand, covering even Territorial Army bases. Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences aims to establish an ecosystem that produces Healthcare professionals of the highest standards enriched with the Medical Ethics needed to ensure that healthcare reaches all in the way it is supposed to.
