About
Dr. Nidhi Uniyal is a Professor of General Medicine at GEIMS, Dehradun. She played a key role for the state of Uttarakhand during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was a member of both the Uttarakhand State Technical Advisory Board for Covid-19 and the Treatment Protocol Group for the state. She was also part of the North Zone Thematic Expert Group for Adult Covid Care, which was set up by the Ministry of Health. Dr. Uniyal has several publications in well-known national and international medical journals, serving as both an author and a reviewer.
