Dr. Gurdeep Singh Jheetay is an Indian Air Force veteran with over 33 years of experience in anaesthesiology. Over the last decade, he has held key positions in the Indian Society of Anaesthesiology (ISA), serving as Secretary, Vice President, and President for the Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh state branches. He is currently a full-time Professor and Head of the Department of Anaesthesiology at Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun.
