Dr. Sunder Singh Dogra is a highly accomplished ENT specialist and senior medical academician with over three decades of experience in healthcare, teaching, and administration. Having served in the Indian Navy as a Surgeon Lieutenant Commander, he brings a unique blend of discipline, clinical excellence, and leadership.

He has held several prestigious positions, including Professor & Head of Department (ENT), Principal of Pt. JLN Government Medical College, Chamba, and currently serves Professor and Dean of Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun. Dr. Dogra has also contributed significantly as a Chief NMC/MCI Inspector and advisor to various Public Service Commissions at both the state and central levels.
