Dr. Ruchi Tomer is an accomplished and skilled ophthalmologist who has been a gold medalist in MBBS from G.R. Medical College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She completed her M.D. in ophthalmology from the esteemed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. She qualified for the reputed F.I.C.O. (Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology) in the first attempt in 2012.
