Dr Ruchi Tomer is an accomplished and skilled ophthalmologist, who has been a gold medalist in MBBS from G.R. Medical College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She completed her M.D. Ophthalmology from esteemed All India Institute of Medical Sciences ( AIIMS), New Delhi. She qualified the reputed F.I.C.O.(Fellow of International Council of Ophthalmology) advanced in first attempt in 2012.
