About

Dr. Abhas Gupta is a Consultant Pediatrician with expertise in General Pediatrics, Pediatric Rheumatology, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Pediatric Critical Care. He has extensive experience in managing critically ill neonates and children in tertiary care settings, including neonatal and pediatric intensive care, pediatric emergencies, infectious diseases, and complex autoimmune disorders.

He has served as the In-charge of Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care services, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high standards of patient safety, evidence-based care, and clinical governance. His expertise in Pediatric Rheumatology includes the diagnosis and management of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, biologic therapies, advanced immunomodulatory treatment, and intra-articular joint injections.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Gupta is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives, with a commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pediatric care.
