About

Dr. Monika Jain is an accomplished ophthalmologist and academician with over a decade of experience in clinical and surgical ophthalmology and medical education.she is at present Associate Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Jain served for eight years at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences (SGRRIM&HS), Dehradun, where she was actively involved in patient care, teaching, and academic activities. Her professional interests include comprehensive ophthalmology, cataract and phacoemulsification surgery. She is committed to providing patient-centred eye care while contributing to academic excellence and the training of future ophthalmologists.

Education

She completed her MBBS from Motilal Nehru Medical College (MLNMC), Allahabad, in 2011, followed by her postgraduate degree in Ophthalmology from BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur, in 2016.
She subsequently pursued a Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology from Nirmal Ashram Eye Institute, Rishikesh.
