Dr. Naini is a dedicated paediatrician and neonatologist with a profound commitment to advancing neonatal healthcare. With expertise spanning both clinical and academic domains, her interests cover diverse aspects of neonatal health, research, and education, making her a trailblazer in the field.

Her clinical practice focuses on delivering comprehensive care for critically ill newborns, emphasising evidence-based interventions and quality improvement. She is passionate about developing and implementing Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) to enhance neonatal outcomes.

Her unique ability to blend ancient Indian sciences with contemporary neonatology distinguishes her departmental research project, “Impact of Different Music Genres on Neonatal Stress Parameters”.

Dr. Naini has contributed to three groundbreaking books as an author and editor:
