Dr. Yogita Munjal is a distinguished histopathologist and cytopathologist currently serving at the Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun. With over 11 years of extensive experience in histopathology and cytopathology, she has made remarkable contributions to diagnostic pathology, research, and laboratory quality assurance. She has successfully enrolled the Department of Cytopathology in the External Quality Assurance Program of the Indian Academy of Cytologists (IAC) through PGI Chandigarh, reflecting her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy.

Dr. Munjal holds four published patents and has earned a Certificate of Accreditation from NABL (ISO 15189:2012) for medical laboratories, underscoring her expertise in quality management and internal auditing. She has several publications in reputed national and international journals and was awarded Certificates of Merit in Pathology and Biochemistry during her MBBS.

She received advanced training in oncopathology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and completed three years of intensive residency at two of India’s most prestigious medical institutions — the Department of Haematology, SGPGI Lucknow, and the Department of Pathology, Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. Renowned for her procedural expertise, Dr. Munjal has performed over 1000 bone marrow aspiration and biopsy procedures and has in-depth experience in the evaluation of leukaemia and lymphoma cases, including the application of flow cytometry for advanced diagnostic testing.
