About
Dr Ankur Kapoor is working as Senior Consultant Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery at Department of Neurosciences, Graphic era hospital for last two years. He brings along a rich experience of being trained from PGI Chandigarh, a premier institute of the country. After completing his MS,MCh Neurosurgery he continued working as Senior Research Associate at PGI Chandigarh and gained handsome surgical exposure.
He has been in Neurosurgery branch now for 12 years and has been instrumental with academics and has over 41 international papers to name, with being first author in over 20 of these. He also has nearly 1800 operated patients to his record. He proceeded thereafter for fellowship in Spine Surgery at Stavya Spine hospital, Ahmedabad followed by a short term fellowship in Endoscopic spine surgery at Nanoori spine hospital, South Korea.
Prior to his appointment at current institute he worked as Senior Consultant Neurosurgery at Kailash hospital, Dehradun for 04 years.
