Dr. (Lt. Col.) Jeetpal Singh Rana is a veteran psychiatrist with over three decades of experience. As a specialist in psychiatry, he has actively managed severe and complex mental illnesses. He has provided great support to patients suffering from acute stress reactions, combat stress, substance use, behavioural problems, and PTSD. He served in the Indian Army and Armed Forces Medical Services for more than 22 years in various medical roles. Subsequently, he joined the Department of Psychiatry as a professor at Government Medical College, Dehradun. Dr. J. S. Rana is currently leading the psychiatry team at Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun.
