Dr. Neha is a dedicated pathologist with over 8 years of exclusive experience in the field of pathology. She holds a special interest in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and cytopathology, with expertise developed through extensive hands-on practice and adherence to international quality standards. During her tenure, she has refined her reporting skills in accordance with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) protocols and has gained significant experience in laboratory operations, quality assurance, and audit compliance.

She has worked as a consultant histopathologist at DDRC SRL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., Trivandrum, Kerala, for nearly 3 years, where she handled histopathology and cytopathology reporting, monitored turnaround time (TAT), and actively participated in NABL audits. Dr. Neha is also certified in ISO 15189:2022 and Quality Management Systems Training. Additionally, she served as the Director of Pathology at City Hospital, Haridwar, for about a year and has worked across several reputed government and private institutions.
